My TSG
The My TSG area shows the data your company has stored with My TSG: your stations, their terminals and the transactions carried out at those terminals. These pages are view-only; you cannot change any data here.
My TSG appears in the sidebar only if the feature is enabled for your tenant. You also need valid My TSG credentials (see Credentials missing or invalid).
Credentials missing or invalid
The data is retrieved using your tenant's My TSG credentials (email address and password). Administrators enter them under Settings → Tenant in the MyTSG section (see Tenant).
If signing in to My TSG is not possible or was rejected by My TSG, the pages show a notice page about My TSG access instead of the data. It contains a Change Tenant button that takes you straight to the tenant settings.
- Click Change Tenant.
- Check or enter the credentials in the MyTSG section and save.
- Open the My TSG page again.
If you have no access to the settings or have lost your credentials, contact support using the Support link on the notice page (dedomenon@tsg-solutions.com).
If your sign-in is rejected during a request, the notice page appears again the next time you open a My TSG page. Refresh the page after correcting the credentials.
Stations
The Stations page (sidebar: My TSG → Stations) lists all of your company's stations in My TSG.

Each station shows its name with the external ID in brackets, plus:
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ID | The station's identifier in My TSG |
| Created at | When the station was created |
| Created by | The user who created the station |
| Number of terminals | Number of terminals at the station |
The Terminals button opens the terminals of that station. If there are no stations, the page shows "No stations available.".
Terminals
The Terminals page (sidebar: My TSG → Terminals) shows all terminals of your company.

Each terminal shows:
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The terminal's name (if it has none: "Unnamed terminal") |
| ID | The terminal's identifier |
| Company ID | Your company's identifier in My TSG |
| Last updated | When it was last changed ("-" if unknown) |
| Created by | The user who created the terminal |
| Company name | The company name |
This overall list has no buttons. To see a terminal's transactions, open the terminals of a station.
Terminals of a station
When you click Terminals on the Stations page, the page Terminals for <station name> opens, showing that station's terminals with the same details as above. If the station cannot be found, it shows "Station not found."; if it has no terminals, "No terminals available."

Each terminal here has a Transactions button that leads to that terminal's transactions.
Transactions
The Transactions page (sidebar: My TSG → Transactions) lists the transactions of all terminals.

Each transaction shows your company name with the transaction ID in brackets, followed by:
| Item | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Terminal | The terminal where the transaction took place |
| Station | The terminal's station |
| Tax rate | The tax rate applied |
| Payment type, Source, Amount, Metadata | Per payment: payment type, source, amount (in euros with two decimals) and further payment details |
| Status | The transaction's status |
| Started at | When the transaction began |
| Ended at | When the transaction ended |
If a transaction consists of several payments, they are listed one after another. The data come directly from My TSG. Source shows where the payment was processed: "Lcc" or "External" (external payment provider). The Amount is shown in euros. Metadata are additional details the payment system delivers with the payment, shown as they come.
Filter by status
Use the drop-down next to the heading to filter transactions by status:
- All transactions (no filter)
- Pending
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Failed
If nothing matches, the page shows "No transactions found.".
Transactions of a terminal
When you click Transactions on a station's terminals, the page Transactions for <terminal name> opens. It shows only that terminal's transactions and offers the same status filter.
